I have made a couple of new cakes recently and have updated the portfolio page with some pictures! I have also purchased some new round pans which are now listed on the Cakes and Cupcakes page.
I have now completed the Wilton cake decorating level 1 class and start level 2 next Tuesday. I learned quite a few helpful tips and tricks in the first class and I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge even more. I know that there is so much more for me to learn. I plan on documenting my classes with some photos this time around so look for some future posts.
